I taught my 1000th hour as a flight instructor (both ground and flight instruction given), of course you can guess that this landmark required the purchase of a celebratory chocolate cake! :)

I started instructing August of 2006 and it's hard to believe in a handful more of months that I will have been teaching for almost two years.  I've been enjoying every minute of it.  As I tell my friends; I truly am blessed, getting to do what I love and knowing that in one day I live more adventure than many people live their entire lives.
